Below is a suggested approach; I’m open to scaling up/down this to make sure it’s a good fit all round. 

Proposal: 

One-Month Engagement – AI Exploration & Co-Working

Building on our initial sessions, we’d love to continue working with the team for a month to explore practical ways AI can support your workflows, while keeping it playful, collaborative, and outcome-focused.

What We’ll Do

  • Team-focused experiments to rapidly build confidence and buy back time and headspace while exploring longer term possibilities. A blast to really lay the groundwork for ongoing and compounding benefits.

  • Address the ideas already raised across the team, including:

    • Annie and others: transcribing meetings and drafting internal policies together

    • Comms team: creating touring packs and brand guidelines

    • Jess: exploring approaches to gather and analyse qualitative audience/participant feedback

    • Exploring approaches to automations for video editing in cutting down specials for SM

    • Look at accessibility support for the venue

    • Explore new ideas and issues as the arise

  • Map out all the key areas we’ve already identified, and keep exploring more conversational capture of insights across the organisation.

  • Get everyone involved quickly: Aim for all interested core team members to start experimenting with AI in their workflows within days or weeks.

  • Run “intro to AI / Co-Pilot” session/s with wider team to get the ball rolling lightly, while core team explores more specifically

  • Measure and learn together: Decide as a group how to gather learnings, analyse benefits, and consider ROI — in a way that is practical and lightweight.

  • Hands-on research & support: Mangrove will help with research and practical integrations (e.g., Spektrix), and support experimentation in real workflows. Where appropriate, we’ll bring in more specialised technical know-how to support your team and/or scope technical implementation.

How We Work

  • Collaborative, co-working approach — much of the work happens together with us in the room or virtually, but we’ll also spend a lot of time research and exploring relevant topics on your behalf.

  • Focus on learning, testing, and playful experimentation, not heavy processes or rigid outputs.

  • Technical or complex tasks will be supported as needed, with the right expertise brought in and discussed beforehand.

Structure & Fee

  • Month-long, flexible engagement: co-working, 1:1s, group sessions, and research support. Conscious of this being an emergent process

  • Fee: suggested £7.5k/mo flat project fee, includes continued mapping of opportunities, facilitating experimentation, and supporting tangible improvements for immediate use; optional add-on if we need to hire in additional technical expertise for the more complex integrations etc (will be discussed in advance, of course)
